NOTICE TO UNIT HOLDERS IN THE GILT EDGE FUND

A meeting of Unit Holders of the Jamaica Investment (Giltedge) Fund will be held on Thursday December 15, 2005 at 10:00am at the JAMPRO Building, Ground Floor, 18 Trafalgar Road. The meeting will seek to pass a resolution to amend the Trust Deed of the Fund, in order to remove preliminary charges payable as part of the issue price of the units and to increase the management fee, thereby increasing the yield to the unit holders. Giltedge unit holders who are unable to attend the meeting may vote, using the proxy form and returning it to Capital & Credit Fund Managers by 10:00am Tuesday December 13, 2005.
